POOL REFLECTIONS bewegt sich zwischen zwei Polen des Pools: dem sommerlichen Swimmingpool mit seiner leicht unruhigen Oberfläche, die Licht und Umgebung spiegelt, und dem Pool als Sammlung künstlerischer Positionen, Bilder im Bild und unter Bildern.

Reflexionen erscheinen hier in ihrer doppelten Bedeutung als Spiegelung auf Wasser und auf der Bildfläche, zugleich als Denkbewegung, die das Sichtbare nicht bestätigt, sondern befragt. Die Oberfläche wird dabei nicht zur Grenze, sondern zur Schwelle.

Unter der Oberfläche des Wassers und des Bildes beginnt sich das Nicht-Offensichtliche zu zeigen als Verdichtung, Verschiebung und Spektrum des Wahrnehmens. Das Bild reflektiert und öffnet zugleich.

So bleibt der Pool ein Feld von Sammlung und Drift.

POOL REFLECTIONS moves between two poles of the pool: the summery swimming pool with its slightly restless surface, reflecting light and surroundings, and the pool as a collection of artistic positions, images within images and beneath images.

Reflections appear here in their double meaning as mirroring on water and on the pictorial surface, and at the same time as a movement of thought that does not affirm the visible but questions it. The surface is not a boundary but a threshold.

Beneath the surface of water and image, what is not immediately visible begins to emerge as condensation, displacement, and a spectrum of perception. The image both reflects and opens up at the same time.

Thus, the pool remains a field of gathering and drift.
